Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund (minus service fee )if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in (4:00 pm)
• 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel between 2 and 5 days before check-in (4:00 pm)
• No refund if you cancel less than 2 days before check-in (4:00 pm)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Rules

• Check in after 4:00 PM
• Check out before 11:00 AM
• Minimum age to rent: 20
  
• Children allowed: ages 3-17
• No pets allowed
• No events allowed
• No smoking allowed inside
• No excessive noise between 10:00 pm and 9:30 am
